Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Daylight Creative Space ("Studio") and the undersigned renter ("Renter"). By signing this Agreement, Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Rental Terms
1.1. The Renter is granted access to the studio for the agreed-upon date and time. Any additional time must be approved and paid for in advance.
1.2. If there is availability after your session and you wish to extend same day time may be added at $110 per hour.
1.3. The studio may be used for photography, video production, and creative projects. No glitter or confetti is allowed without express permission of Daylight Creative Space
2. Liability & Indemnification
2.1. The Renter assumes all responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all persons on the premises during the rental period.
2.2. The Studio shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur within the space.
2.3. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from the use of the space.
3. Damages & Cleanliness
3.1. The Renter is responsible for any damages caused to the studio, equipment, or props during their rental period.
3.2. The Studio must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any excessive mess or damage will result in additional fees.
4. Noise & Video Production
4.1. The Renter agrees to keep noise at a reasonable level to avoid disturbances to neighbors and other tenants.
4.2. The Studio is available for video production; however, absolute quiet cannot be guaranteed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled rental are non-refundable.
5.2. Rescheduling may be available based on studio availability with a $50 rescheduling fee.
6. Agreement
By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
6. Terms & Conditions (T&C)
6.1. Use of Studio – The Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization. Only individuals who have signed the rental agreement may use the space. Subleasing or unauthorized third-party rentals are prohibited.
6.2. Payment & Fees – All payments must be made in full prior to the rental period. Additional fees may be charged for overtime, damages, or excessive cleaning.
6.3. Changes to Services – The Studio reserves the right to modify its offerings, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
6.4. Warranties & Disclaimers – The Studio makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of the space for any specific use. Renters assume full responsibility for their own projects and results.
6.5. Intellectual Property – The Studio retains ownership of all creative installations and branding materials within the space. Renters may not claim any Studio property as their own.
6.6. Suspension & Termination – The Studio reserves the right to terminate or refuse rentals for individuals or organizations that fail to comply with these terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse the space.
